"This property is not friendly to those with disabilities. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The shower was ɓarely held together and at the fittings and leaked at the fittings and barely trickled out of the shower head. "

"Sheila was a very welcoming host, the house was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe with very little traffic. But what really stood out was the shower that definitely lived up to what Sheila said in her listing.My friend had the master bedroom with the dual shower heads, so I used the guest bathroom, and even that shower head qualifies as the BEST I have ever seen! (And I'm almost 70.) It is a high-pressure rain shower head and was about 8" in diameter with 90 jets! I had been nursing a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder, and it was wonderful just standing under that shower, letting it massage my shoulder. The head was also large enough to massage my entire back without having to move around, and the water pressure was very high. Definitely a winner!"

"I would leave zero stars if that were an option.We booked this floating home while traveling to our daughters’ hometown to host Thanksgiving, relying on the listing’s capacity and pet-friendly policy. While the home appeared acceptable upon arrival, the stay quickly became unacceptable.A cleaning person entered the home without notice while my husband was inside and brought two small children, creating a serious privacy and safety issue. Soon after, the upstairs toilet flooded, followed by the downstairs toilet. On Thanksgiving Day, raw sewage backed up through the downstairs shower, rendering that bathroom unsafe and unusable while we were hosting guests.Throughout this period, the host repeatedly contacted us in a panicked manner, requiring constant texting and phone communication for two full days, significantly disrupting our holiday and keeping us tied to our phones while repairs were attempted.The host suggested we leave but offered only a partial refund. Traveling with a cat and in the middle of a planned holiday gathering, relocating was not a reasonable option. The plumbing issue was not fully resolved until the day before departure.We provided photographic evidence of the sewage backup to the host and to VRBO. A 300 partial refund is inadequate for a stay involving unauthorized entry and sewage exposure. This property should not be rented until these issues are fully resolved."

"Absolutely, perfect place to stay came in to visit my brother and actually booked with them again before I left. Their property is just a dream getaway with everything you could ever need. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Lots of extra blankets. Amazing huge shower excited to come back."
