Check in was a little complicated because we couldn’t open link with instruction how to get in to our apartment but Sophari was very quick to answer and help us out. Location of this apartment could not be better- close to the Downtown park, mall , grocery store and Main Street with many nice restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment for your future stay in Bellevue"

I sent them about damage to certain items in the unit that we noticed upon arrival. I sent two different messages requesting information about parking. I never got a response.
