"Stayed at a 2 queen bed room. Beds were super comfy, noise level was minimal despite having window facing the street. We had a minor inconveniece our first night with the tub not draining the water, but was kindly resolved early next morning. "

"Clean quiet location close to the airport. The shuttle bus was convenient and ran on time, although I only used it from he hotel to the airport. There are three good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel; Sharps, Mango Thai and 13 Coins. The hotel provided a $10 discount for Sharps when I checked in. Only complaint is that it took 10 minutes at 7AM to get hot water in the shower. I will stay here again if I have to spend the night in Seattle near the airport."

"Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. The halls were clean and it was very enjoyable. I also like the that the doors were locked after 10 I felt very secure and safe thank you Belltown."

"I was a little disappointed in the dining hours.. I understand timing.. But when there is an event near by, I think the restaurant should consider special hours for service.."

"Room was dirty, hair on walls, dust everywhere, windows broken and would not stay open, AC didn’t work and was blowing hot air, shower door broken, shower handle difficult to turn on. Loud and next to bus stop which is busy all night long and early morning. Had issues with checking in via self check in both times I stayed here, first staff member was super helpful and kind, second staff member was not helpful and receptive when I told him I already had an issue with their self check in and needed the front desk to do it, made me try self check in (which did not work again) before he would do it on his computer."
