  • Arroyo Manor is a newly remodeled, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. It is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood that is less than a mile from Costco, Target, and In & Out. It is also a few minutes from Interstate 5 and Highway 44. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. Fully enclosed back yard.
