「Very good location near all Saltburn’s attractions, and the station a hundred yards away.The property is fully equipped (except for trays and a cafetière, the most eco-friendly method of making proper coffee), but the decor is quirky and may not be to everyone’s taste.Some rooms, including the kitchen are poorly lit because of small windows and could use better lighting.」

「Check in supposed to be 4pm and still trying to contact landlord at 4.30pm to gain access. Smoke detector off wall and sat on stairs, leaky radiator with a glass under to catch drips, damaged flooring. Dirty throughout. Not good.」

「Another great stay at Captain's Deck in Saltburn. We just love the view. A great addition to our last stay is the pool table. Enjoyed little family competitions with that! Wish we could have stayed longer.」
