Nice little spot off of Mississippi river
The apartment was nice and a great location to walk by the river. Very close to the Eagle Center, restaurants, chocolate shop, etc. The area was quiet and peaceful. I appreciated the map of the town with the walking trails included.

Location was so convenient for all the activities. Ben is very responsive. I had some confusion with the AC but he called me right back and helped me through it. I would return here for a future stay. Love the Wabasha area!

Ben did a great job
Ben did a great job, and the place was clean and everything was great, I did notice there wasn’t any replacement trash bags so we did the best we could with cleanup and made sure to organize things a bit before we left. Perfect place to relax in the evening and explore the sights of Wabasha during the day!

Great property for a Wabasha getaway
We very much enjoyed our stay in Wabasha at this property. Perfect amount of space for a couple to enjoy and the whirlpool tub was amazing to relax in at the end of the day! Communications with the seller were excellent and gaining access to the property was a breeze. The property is very near the water, though there isn't a direct view. We would definitely stay here again!

Little Jo Condo
Ben was absolutely a wonderful communicator. There was a slight oops with the water (due to the City of Wabasha) Ben was ready and had communicated with a local hotel to accommodate our stay. Thankfully the City was able to fix the water and we were able to stay.
