"Had a lovely week at the ALDAU and was blown away by home huge it is. The pool is an absolute beast! A great family spot with lots to do and great service and staff. The food wasn't especially amazing unless you were able to score a reservation to one of the restaurants on site, which was nearly impossible to do, and you could only go once if you could. From the moment we arrived until we left, there was nothing that was overlooked. staff extremely helpful and attentive, room was spectacular. the swim up suites are beyond luxurious. the choice of restaurants were great, and the food was wonderful. "This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. "My favourite thing about this hotel was the beach. Not the most picturesque, but had comfy padded sunbeds (organised in groups with shades and screens), gentle sandy slope in the sea, good snorkelling right off the beach and a camel giving rides for children. The kids loved the water slides and the pools were well maintained and life-guarded. The hotel was generally spotlessly clean and gardens well kept.
