「When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. 「10日間程こちらへ滞在しました。 施設の清潔感は勿論、キッチンまわりの設備の充実（フライパン、鍋、コップ、お皿、スプーン、フォーク、ナイフ等一通りのものは揃っています）シェラトン通りへのアクセスの良さ（スーパーへも徒歩圏内）、温水シャワーの水圧、Wifi速度、屋上のプール、部屋からのオーシャンビュー、どれも素晴らしいものでした。 この価格帯の宿泊施設は様々な観光地にて多く滞在してきましたが、非常にコストパフォーマンスに優れていると感じます。 そして何より、チェックアウト後にも関わらず、長時間待機を余儀なくられた私にラウンジでの待機を許可してくれ、更にはルーフへ行っても良いよと至れり尽くせり。ホセインさんのホスピタリティに感謝です。本当ありがとうございました！」

「AVOID. WARNING. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. Avoid this booking. The room is not affiliated with the resort. There are no facilities or services. The way it is presented on Expedia is misleading. We did not have WiFi and the AC was broken. I had to beg to end my booking which they agreed to refund. I left at the time they asked me to the following day and then they stopped responding to me and to Expedia. So no refund. 「We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests .
