This adorable 3 story cabin is located in town and has easy access to shops, restaurants and the Red River Ski and Summer area. The Yellow Rose of Texas is everything you thought it would be. Upon entering the home on the ground floor you will see that you have 3 bedrooms and a full bath on this level. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed and Tv in them. The 3rd bedroom has a set of double bunk beds and Tv. Perfect for the kiddos! This floor also has a washer and dryer for all your laundry necessities.



The next level is the main level of the cabin. It is roomy enough for a family gathering while still being very cozy. It is a semi-open floor plan. The living room has a stone, wood-burning fireplace. There are two sliding glass doors that lead out to a balcony that allows for beautiful views of the mountain! The eat-in kitchen has everything you need to make meals for the entire family which has a large dining table. Off the kitchen is a full-size bathroom.



Proceed upstairs to the 3rd floor which is completely dedicated to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, Tv and its own private full-size bathroom.



The home has three areas for you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. It has a side patio that is completely enclosed. This area has a charcoal grill for guests to enjoy, as well as, a picnic table and chairs which is perfect for a summer’s meal. This area is also great to let your pup run around in. Yes, this property accepts two dogs under 100 lbs., with a $125 nonrefundable pet fee, due at check in. If you wish to watch what’s going on in the front of the cabin, you can enjoy a lazy day on the front porch! If you prefer a bird’s-eye view, enjoy the sitting area on the balcony! Can’t get a better selection than that!

To make this rental property even better, it also has access to trailer parking. So bring your toys and get ready to have fun in your favorite mountain town! Also, this property is perfect for remote workers because it has high speed wifi.
