A estadia foi muito negativa desde o atendimento inicial, com recepção antipática e sem orientações básicas. O quarto estava sujo, com poeira, banheiro em más condições, lâmpadas com defeito e roupas de cama com mau cheiro, indicando falta de manutenção. A porta do box de vidro estava quebrada, não fechava corretamente e apresentava risco de acidentes. Além disso, o barulho do condensador do ar-condicionado era quase insuportável. O café da manhã tinha pouca variedade e não houve reposição dos itens mesmo dentro do horário. A única parte positiva foi a piscina, limpa e agradável. No geral foi uma péssima experiência que não recomendo e não repetiria.

Infelizmente nao tive uma boa experiência. A pousada tem um potencial incrivel pra crescer e ser a melhor de são José, com pequena mudanças e pouco investimento áte. A piscina e os funcionários, incluindo o gerente, são educados e solicitos, os dois são o melhor da pousada. Nao dei sorte com o quarto casal, ele é minúsculo, roupa de cama encardida e fede pelo esgoto e cheiro de mofo senti. O ar não é bom. A primeira noite me fez me arrepender de ter ido. A area de jogos, nao é funcional. O cafe da manhã é bizarro. Desorganizado e sem sabor. Nao tem espelho no quarto, apenas um pequeno no banheiro em uma altura pra homens grandes. É barulhento! Estacionamento é bom, porem nao é coberto e o aquecimento pelo calor é alto. Nao da pra sair com o carro porque a cidade é sem estrutura, a pousada fuça de frente a Br. Da qual tem fluxo alto e filas de carro que demoram. Faz tudo a pé. E tem tudo perto. Enfim. Nao retornaria. Mas a pousada tem potencial incrivil e acredito que esteja no projeto de melhoria. Os funcionarios sao excelentes pessoas e atendem bem. Precisam de investimento neles, como treinamento adequado cursos de hotelaria e etc.. Descrevo apenas criticas construtivas e elogios pra promover animo de continuarem o trabalho de crescimento que quero a acreditar que estao fazendo.

Foi boa a estadia, só achei o quarto muito apertado e falta de informação na chegada, como por exemplo se teria um restaurante para servir jantar e almoço, também no frigobar não tinha nada para ser consumido, a piscina estava maravilhosa. E tudo muito limpo e organizado.

OTIMA ESTADIA EM SÃO JOSÉ DA COROA GRANDE

Pousada linda e aconchegante, quartos limpos e arrumados, apesar de simples. Equipe muito atenciosa e educada, sempre prestativa. A pousada fica relativamente perto da praia, dá pra ir a pé. Possui um bar muito bom e a piscina é maravilhosa.
