I’ve stayed at this place before, however, it seems to be that different investors have taken over the building. Some will try to make their apartments to be cozy and comfortable. This time I rented one with the least amount of furniture, cutlery, pans and everything in the kitchen. Not enough toiletries. Check in until 3:00 p.m. I would stay in this building again, but I would avoid this owner.

A piscina e a localização são espetaculares. O mercado 24h poderia ter mais opções sem glúten. O estacionamento é excelente. Os únicos pontos fracos são a ausência de ducha higiênica no WC e de um restaurante no condomínio, mas nada que um iFood não resolva.

Eu adoro o prédio e tenho me hospedado la com freqüência por conta do meu trabalho em Recife, porém acredito que deixa a desejar na limpeza, especialmente lavagem da roupa de cama e toalhas. Sempre encontro alguma sujeira e a toalha e lençol não cheiram bem. Nessa ultima estadia particularmente presenciei um gerente bem grosseiro e com prosas inconvenientes com os funcionários, totalmente fora de ambiente. Brigando e até mesmo praticando assedio moral.

Lugar excelente, ótimo custo benefício e muito confortável! Equipe muito hospitaleira e amigável. O único ponto a melhorar seria a limpeza mesmo, acredito que é necessário um olhar mais atento. Havia uma funcionaria da Carpediem presente todos os dias no predio, ela era maravilhosa (Manu). Correu tudo bem, adorei o Tolive one, os funcionários do predio sao maravilhosos e a cobertura é linda.

O apartamento é uma belezinha. Porém, ficamos muito incomodadas com o forte cheiro de cigarro, realmente insuportável. A cama é super desconfortável; acordamos com dores e, para ajudar, o ar condicionado faz uns barulhos e estalos que nos acordaram várias vezes na madrugada. As toalhas estavam limpas, porém muito manchadas, o que dá uma impressão ruim. A colcha de cama também havia marcas de sujeira. É lindo e bem localizado, mas esses detalhes não nos levariam a ficar novamente.
