Atendimento ruim.

Atendimento ruim. O recepcionista que me atendeu e o supervisor não deveriam estar no cargo que atuam. O carregador de malas (Flavio) deveria assumir o posto de supervisor, pois esse, sim, tem habilidade de tratar com cliente. Em relação ao quarto, percebi que os móveis são antigos. As janelas vibram muito com o vento ou com as chuvas, fazendo, inclusive, muito barulho. A garagem fica no subsolo e é apertada, além de ser necessário pagar 20 reais por diária. Café da manhã satisfatório. Localização boa. Wifi funcionou durante o uso.

Excelente localização. Hotel simples. Cheguei apenas para pernoite antes de seguir viagem. Camas limpas e confortáveis. O banheiro com vazamento embaixo da pia. Janelas precisando de manutenção. Já havia ficado nesse hotel antes de ser da rede aram, tive problemas de elevador sem funcionar, quase fico preso. Chave cartão magnético que não abria tive que descer 3 x pra resolver. Café da manhã bem inferior, e hospedagem com valor significativo pra oferecer algo tão ruim . Apenas recepção foi reformada pq demais continuam mesmo jeito perguntei sabor do bolo, o cara só disse não sei ao invés de dizer vou saber e te digo . Pedi uma tapioca e demorou muitoooo. Não indico. Fiquei pq achei que tinha mudado.mas pelo jeito mudou só o nome de Canarius palace p aram. E serviço péssimo como sempre
