"The Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The beds were Sooooooo comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast. The eggs were almost like a puree, the muffins were incredibly dry and the sausages were rubbery. "

"We had dozens of ants infiltrating all of our luggage, and we couldn't sleep all night. And the ventilator in the bathroom was nonstop, running out of water, putting a towel on it as we sat down on the toilet. It was a miserable, horrible experience. They told us to complain to HOTELS.COM."

"Bathroom was dirty, room was cramped and not cleaned, smelled like cigarette smoke. Area didn't feel safe. We checked out within 20mins of checking in. Absolutely a waste of time and money. Staff refused any type of refund or help what so ever."
