It is a large comfortable apartment, situated in the centre of Reading, all manner of shops are available on your doorstep, only a 2-minute walk from Reading central station. There is a wide selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance from the apartment.

Our living area is bright and inviting, it’s a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play. It includes a Hisense Smart TV, free wi-fi, cosy sofa and cushions, coffee table, and a dining table with 4 chairs.

The open kitchen is well equipped with cutlery & utensils, pots & pans along with all the appliances you will need during your stay, including blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hobs, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, and washer.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
