A large living room with TV, internet and possibility of mobile connection of your favourite Netflix series etc. Then a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers. Through the large sliding doors you immediately reach the large terrace with various seating areas and sea views. From the terrace you can walk via a lockable private gate to the summer lively beach and the popular beach restaurant Boukarou Beach. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned, they have sliding doors that open onto a large balcony and sea views.
On both sides of the hallway there are 2 bathrooms with shower and bathroom furniture. There are 2 toilets on this floor.
The villa is rented including made up beds and one towel set per person on arrival.

Located in the beautiful authentic French village Rayol canadel sur mer. This village is known for its "Jardin du Rayol" a large botanical garden located on the Mediterranean Sea. This garden is within walking distance of the villa. From Rayol you can visit the beautiful villages of the Golfe de Saint Tropez via the coastal road.
