「We had a comfortable room with 2 beds on the ground floor - very clean inside but the patio area hadn’t been swept There was an indirect pool but room keys/fobs didn’t open it and we needed to get a staff member to let us in They did say it was a fault which they were trying to sort out but we weren’t told in advance when checking in and there were no towels at the pool (though we were subsequently told we could pick them up from reception) there was a decent bar area which looked quite north...
