Full of little quirks though: you can absolutely find places with a lot more space in the same price range and general area.A few things to note which don't appear in the listing:- "no hidden fees" except insurance (or a 3 grand deposit for which the host has no accounting duty)- the pictures you see is the entirety of the living space, there is nothing else; that means close to zero counter space, two folding tray tables, and yes it's a Murphy bed-...

「This property is not set up to wow or accommodate the adult guests. Come on, one of the most important values about any stay are the beds and the linen's. The linen’s were mis matched, the towels were thin. The shower curtain was a very thin clear vinyl, everything about this place is old, which I don’t mind if it didn’t smell musty and is well preserved.We spent very little time here because it wasn’t a place that was in good condition. 「We traveled a long distance to the area and hadn't slept in over 24 hours, upon contacting the host we were permitted early check in which was greatly appreciated. The accommodations were nice, especially for the price. The access to the property was a bit odd, but once we found it, it wasn't a problem. The only issue was the lack of power outlets... But if there's a will, there's a way. 」
