「One of the best places we’ve stayed in . Breakfast was superb with a good choice of fruit and cereal followed by a first class Scottish breakfast. Our room was beautifully decorated with everything one might want. Parking was excellent and we were allowed to leave the car well after check out. Mine host Gordon couldn’t have been more helpful.」

「Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. 「Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. 「We had a great stay here. The host had wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. The place is cutely decorated and well stocked. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. 「Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! 「Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the heating system, it was all good. Would happily come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the BBQ.」

「Lovely well presented cottage with a quiet elegant highland feel. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a great stay.Hosts are very friendly and helpful. It is a very peaceful spot with lovely views and a constant flow of little birds at the feeder to keep you amused. It is a short walk in to town and an ever shorter drive. 「My daughter and I had a lovely three-night stay in one of the one bedroom cottages. There were so many helpful small touches, like milk in the fridge and body wash in the shower, as well as fresh flowers. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was friendly. 「What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...
