"Beautiful room with a lot of space, high ceilings, sumptuous decor and a touch of local pride. I had a room with a great view, a luxury bathroom and all the trimmings. A huge, comfy bed let me get a good night's sleep. Staff at reception and at breakfast were welcoming, friendly and efficient. I also really like that I can so easily walk to this hotel from the train station. I've stayed here on several occasions and it's been consistently excellent. I've stayed in several other hotels in Dundee and think the Malmaison is the best option."

"Great stopover in a hotel that was a bit like the TARDIS. You can see the investment in the public rooms and the breakfast buffet area. Service was excellent and there were plenty of friendly, local staff. Check in was led by the tech and on par with upmarket city hotels."
