「Stayed for a short vaccation in Mar-24 and it was an amazingly refreshing trip. Rooms were large but could have been better maintaned and clean. Some patches in bath and balcony needed fixes and paints. Breakfast spread was appropriate to say. Local food options in the hotel and closeby were limited. Alcohol is prohibited in hotel, probably due to religious reasons. But overall it was a pleasant stay. Step out of the hotel and land on a clean beach. Few water sport options in Karde Beach. Good...

「Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine. Table tennis and pool table was promised in the pictures but completely broken at the property. Staff was rude to is quite a lot of times especially during check out. Food was average and had to wait in line for a long time for the food...

「Overall experience was ok however, on being asked a bottle of water, they denied mentioning that since you have checked out so it will be chargeable (Not that we cannot buy a bottle of water as tourists...lol) and this was a complete take away. Kept calling for check out even when the property was entirely vacant, looked very impatient. Food was good and the staff was somewhat helpful. They just need to be more caring towards customers. Strictly need to focus on cleanliness!! 」
