"Quiet location in a cove and no wake zone on Diamond Lake. History of the cottage and the family shared in a very well thought binder. Peaceful sun porch with a breakfast nook for morning tea and devotions. Close to Newport which history is well worth exploring in the museum and historical buildings such as Owen’s Deli, which still has the old time soda fountain they serve from still. "

"This was our second time staying (once when it was about -5 out and one while it was 80+ degrees). Both times were amazing! The property is very clean, amply stocked with dishes and everything you need to cook, a Kurig and coffee pods, and toiletries. The property is mostly quiet ( little Road noise but not much) and in a beautiful wooded setting. The host is attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!"
