「Very friendly, attentive staff. The garden view suite was very large, beautifully decorated and furnished, however it had not been thoroughly dusted or vacuumed. We had to advise the front desk of a couple of maintenance matters in our bathroom and that we needed the heating turned on and these were promptly attended to. We were surprised that the hotel」

「Staff - it was an extremely busy weekend and there was a slight shortage of staff, but the ones there were faultless! Especially Ronan. Rooms -dated and the mattress was very uncomfortable, clean enough and housekeeping daily.. Spa facilities were very good, as were the staff there. The function and receptions rooms are lovely as they have been refurbished and are classy. The breakfast, good service plenty of food.」

「小さな町でレンタカーで移動中に宿泊したホテルです。結婚式場もあるようで、当夜も何か祝賀会が行われていました。川沿いのホテルで、散歩コースにはとてもよく市民の憩いのコースのようでした、チェックインして入室しましたら。ベッドのブランケットが２台とも水分を吸った状態で濡れて取り替えてもらいましたが、ホテルとして考えられないことでした。格式ある建物のようでしたのに、印象的に残念でした。。」
