The staff was very kind and helpful! Always answered questions and very polite. The rooms were clean. However, From the pictures posted on Expedia to what the rooms actually looked like we're very different. The beach front was pretty but again not what it looked like online. From our room the doors were very thin and we could hear everything going on in the halls. We didn't feel it was a four star hotel as advertised, we also recognised that every location has a different standard of hotel. We are grateful it was clean.

Gorgeous place. Hidden gem for sure. Amazing service, giant room, atrium style bathroom with an almost Roman vibe. Very romantic and soul-cleansing.

Room was spotless. Front desk staff were very helpful to sort out an issue with the room locaiton. Absolutely wonderful short stay. Thank you

Room was clean. Not enough pillows but we’re given more when we asked. Room was extremely HOT at night. They have the thermostat locked so you can not lower it. Not a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. They also only give one key that has to be inserted into wall to make everything work. If someone wants to go out while others sleep then it becomes an issue.
