There are also various fruit trees on the property, providing an abundance of fresh produce.
House Joanna not only impresses with its enchanting garden, but also with the large terrace that extends directly from the house. Here you can take a refreshing dip in the pool made of fine Kulier stone and equipped with the latest pool technology. Filled with rainwater and subjected to strict water quality control twice a week, the pool guarantees maximum relaxation and enjoyment.

The nearby town of Labin is nestled in the surrounding green countryside.
