Please move ashtray further from rear of building. I was afraid that people smoking near my door might accidentally result in getting charged when I don’t even smoke.

The view was beautiful! Parking and check in were very easy. Was overall very clean but dated and a little banged up. In need of paint in several areas. Do not plan to watch TV in living room as the TV is too far off to the side in a cabinet to watch from the couch. We watched TV in the bedroom and ...

We stayed at the hotel on our way to visit our daughter in Knoxville. It's only about 15-20 minutes from Lexington which is very charming. I am not sure there is much to do right in Raphine but close to many other places to visit.
Children and grandchildren live there
Not much there. Proximity to Blue Ridge Parkway was my main selection criterion for the property. Frank's Italian Restaurant on Rt. 11 was the only dining option nearby other than fast food, and it was surprisingly good.
One drinking establishment and one liquor store in town.
