Always a pleasure staying here. Location is great and Aloha cafe + Grocer nearby and a coffee shop nearby. Train being so close is underrated

Booked this hotel as there was nothing else available in Saitama or at least the area of Saitama I needed to be in. I was HAPPILY surprised by the hotel and it's staff. First there is parking and a decent amount, as I'm a driver this helped a lot. The staff spoke limited English, but more then enough to get checked in. They give complimentary breakfast and beer.... The location is incredible being only steps away from Fukaya station. I will definitely be coming back.

The first room smelled like sewage sadly, I reported it and the front staff promptly put me in the new room and it was nice and clean, no issues- I’m suspecting some old pipes maybe? But other than that, I really appreciated their hearty breakfast menu option you can add, they seemed more thoughtfully prepared than what you would expect from breakfast buffet- Staffs are cordial, nice and helpful :)) The big bath area is a very nice addition - I do wish it smelled more like Hinoki and wondered...

I really appreciate the accomodation. The place is very clean and the staffs are well-mannered. I feel comfortable with the room, it feels like home😃

My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our family in Japan. It was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed for eight nights. It was like a home away from home. We had space for our family to come and visit us quite often. This was a priceless benefit. It was close to everything we needed and the nearby train was not an issue but rather a comfort, knowing we had transportation available when needed.
