「House looks as if it was recently redone. The bed rooms are big and roomy. The house it self is fine. The rooms in front of the house gets all the traffic noise, on the weekend a lot of loud music in cars going by until late into the evening, which I understand is out of the home owners control. Not the cleanest neighborhood, again out of the owners control. Overall an good stay.」

「Our first night was unexpectedly hot since the air conditioner was not working, but Daniel worked quickly to get it fixed as soon as possible. Really appreciate how responsive he is, and at least there were fans in most of the bedrooms and an extra box fan that came in very handy! 「My friends and I needed a place to stay for a wedding downtown and this was the perfect place! We loved having a full bath on each of the 3 floors and appreciated how quiet and residential the area was. It was a 5-10 minute drive to everything we needed. We were able to get groceries nearby, walk to restaurants, and felt very safe. Finding parking was a breeze. The house itself was perfect for our needs. One thing to note is one of the "bedrooms" is located at the back of the top floor landing...

「I am super disappointed. The pictures look great online, however, when you arrive, it’s very deceiving and not what is portrayed online. The house is old, dirty and smells of pet urine, plus it lacks the essentials to have a family meal if you are cooking. The owner never checked in during our stay, and we had to advise of the issues upon our departure.」

「This house is much bigger than it looks from the outside! Very clean! No bugs or unwanted critters, considering it is right next to a beautiful creek. The only thing we missed was having some ambient lighting, some table lamps or something other than the overhead lighting everywhere. But maybe theft has been a problem for the owner in the past (?) Also know that if you plan on arrive any earlier than 4pm, check in with the owner for permission, because the door will not open until EXACTLY 4pm....
