Hotel in good location, we booked a nice riverview room. The view is fantastic. The room is spacious. It is a five-star hotel, front desk staff are really helpful. The location is just on the river. The breakfast wasn't up to the standard of a five-star hotel, with not too much variety and items repeated every day, but the staff there were great. Generally speaking, we enjoyed our stay.

Our room was a bit noisy, the police station of right next door and the tram line noise. Good location to the South Bank and lots of eateries to choose from. The buffet breakfast was not being served so we ate from a set menu, which as fine, but the kids struggled to find something they liked.
