"Just dirty. Hole in the bathroom sink that smelled foul, cracked window. Bed was a fold up frame topped with a mattress. Bags of trash left in hallways. Anything that wasn’t nailed down had to be requested from front desk. No shampoo, no hairdryer, towels and bedspread were stained. I know it’s a budget hotel but still was not cheap."

"The room was larger than most hotel rooms. I liked having a microwave and little frig in the room. I especially liked the ceiling fan in the room. The breakfast was fine. Pretty much like most hotels that offer complimentary breakfast. The hot tub was a nice temperature and very clean and the pool was very clean too. The hotel was sold out the weekend we were there so the noise levels in the breakfast area and lobby were greater than normal, I’m guessing. The doors to the rooms close very hard and make a loud bang, which was a bit of a nuisance, but again, probably not an issue on a regular stay when there are fewer guests. The staff is as very pleasant and parking felt secure. The hotel is located in a lovely area. We would stay here again if ever in the area. "

"What a beautiful and cozy spot! We had a wonderful time staying here, and highly recommend for anyone looking for a retreat in Orange County. For any birders, there were so many beautiful species to observe from the deck - a perfect way to spend the morning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The house was perfect for our gang of 8. The pool with its ability to heat it was a huge plus for us. Everyone enjoyed it of all ages. The view is also amazing, hanging around the fire pit was awesome with the long views. The beds were very comfortable too. My only thing was 2 out of the 3 shower heads are super low. I’m 5’6” and had to duck to get under. Super clean, super communicative, just all around awesome!"
