「Staff communication was great and location is beautiful however giving 3 stars because of cleanliness and also our experience with the smell of a propane leak in the laundry room the day before we left. There seemed to be a lot of caution that was noted about the tiki light but when we arrived there was a lot of them that had been damaged. We found clumps of hair in our bathroom shower and the kitchen was not stocked with household/ cleaning supplies. While they were accommodating to send us...

「The host was great!! He responded quickly to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had fun inside and out. Most things were good, but the bunk room had some problems. Our daughter said, “ the Bunk room bathroom shower leaks SO much. The glass does not create a seal and the water leaks through so much, soaking the rug and floor”Some of the doors in the house were squeaky.The pool & hot tub were not very clean & there was some repair needed.」
