Perfect property for a swim within one of the widest portions of the river. Great spot for canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding whilst enjoying ample green space for bonfires and outdoor games. Enjoy Ontario winters up north? Why not have all of the comforts of home and more, while being a short drive from many Ontario ski resorts. Located 10 minutes north of Orillia, 15 minutes south of Gravenhurst. Large open concept living area perfect for entertaining. Queen master with ensuite, main-floor. Two other bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two doubles, second-floor. Bonus second floor flex space and large garage handy for winter stays.
