I went to breakfast when it was halfway over and the food n drink was almost gone except for bread for toast. The freshness of the milk n cereal was questionable. The room could have been cleaner. The location was good - easy on,/off to 85 and restaurants close by.

I really liked this place for the designated smoking areas outside. I have been 3 times now with my family for hospital visits. It does seem like families with little kids stay here for weeks at a time.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were fairly clean, or so we thought until we saw a cockroach climbing up the wall. There was a constant order of weed in the hallways and parking lot, with lots of people seeming to just hang around. It made me uncomfortable.

Service was great. Slept very well nice and comfortable. Love the big TV. Need more work on bath tub (cleaning or replace). Location is five minutes from my final destination. Great location.

After traveling for a long day I was looking forward to a hot shower and going to bed. Only to find there was no hot water. The water was warm at best but not really even warm. The bed was comfortable however there was no comforter, it was more like a thick bedsheet. The morning breakfast was terrible… a waffle maker, some sausage patties and yogurt. Pretty much a dissatisfying place. On the positive the staff was nice, location convenient and that’s about it. Would not stay here again.

Standard set of room amenities plus breakfast no lobsters alas but omelette, sausage, biscuits, waffles, coffee 3 roasts x regular/decaf, juice. Kinda a start Beds are nice , 4 great pillows on a bed. Not sure about neighborhood but Entrances to floors require room key. Inside feels safe.

Front desk clerk was very polite at check in. The room was not very clean. The floor looked like it had never met a mop. The bathtub was gross. We were too tired to do anything else so we sprayed the bed down with alcohol and didn’t use the covers.

The bed is great, but when it comes to cleaning not geat at all. The room was covered with dust and the tub was dirty. The staff was very rude! Extremely unprofessional, and very disrespectful to other guests as well. Only the front desk staff and managers were rude. Cleaning staff and cooks were very friendly. Would've given 3 stars if staff was nicer.

OK for 1 night.

Normally we like Best Western hotels but this was disappointing. The staff were very friendly no problems there. The hotel was very dark except in reception. There was only a blind at the window and no net curtain for privacy The hotel is very grey, which we know is fashionable at the moment but it needs some bright colour as well. Tap in bathroom was very temperamental sometimes giving hot water sometimes cold. There was no plug. for the sink.
