The property was very nice. You can tell that they spent a lot of time renovating it. We were missing pot holders, but that's a minor thing. The only negative is that the house sleeps 10 and the kitchen table only had 4 seats. I would definitely recommend this for a family stay.

Thanks again, Tom, for hosting us! The house was in a great location, close to the 70 and very convenient to my job a few minutes away. There is a Target close by, too. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable. We hope to visit again soon!

The home was perfect for the needs of my 8 friends gathering for a mini-reunion. The house is well-kept and well laid out. The host allowed us to check in early which was very generous. Plenty of parking for our group. No complaints!!

House was recently updated as listed. Very clean upon arrival and air conditioning was on which made it very comfortable when we arrived. Convenient location, and we appreciate the extra amenities for our use. It was a pleasant stay.

Great house which was in a great spot. Close to shopping and groceries and several verify nice parks. My daughter felt safe to go running down to the lake park in the mornings. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements for 8. More than that would have been a little tight. Kitchen was great, and well stocked if a little small. Table only seats 4 so we had to be a little flexible with family meals, which was fine. Overall it was a wonderful, relaxing and convenient vacation. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed in this home for my daughter's graduation from NC STATE. The location was about 15 minutes from downtown. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and pillow options, nice bathrooms with great shower pressure, GREAT communication with the owner!

Beautiful Christmas vacation

We were visiting our son and family who live in a close by neighborhood during Christmas. We were very pleased with the accomodations and loved coming home every night to the beautiful flocked Christmas tree in the living room. That was a very nice touch that added to our enjoyment of our stay. It was very clean and fit our needs in everyway. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks, Tom.

Awesome Host

I just want to say thank you to the host. He was amazing. We were in the path of Hurricane Helene (we live in WNC) and the host was so gracious to assist us and bent over backwards to help us have some time away to spend time with our sin whose attending NC State. Will definitely reach out again when we travel to see our son!

Baseball in Durham

We spent the night on the way to Myrtle beach. Watched the Durham Bulls beat the Nashville Sound. Very comfortable house, clean and well appointed. Close to shopping. Would recommend.

Invaded with Ants and host wasn’t helpful with this property

This stay was great but when it rained we got invaded very badly on kitchen with ants when i reached out to host he stated he has spray in the cabinet which we used. We spent over 100$ for pizza for everyone and didn’t even sit it down for 10 mins without it being invaded with ants. When asked the host for compensation for this matter he said it was our fault for using the counter top. Very unprofessional.

5 star!!

Home is located in North Raleigh. Large televisions in all 4 bedrooms. No carpet in the house. Although it was only 3 of us, you can easily fit 8 people since 2 of the rooms have bunk beds. The back yard is enclosed and there are sidewalks through the area to walk your dog. The beds and pillows are high end and very comfortable. The house has been totally renovated inside and out. There is a deck outside that is accessible from the kitchen. We stay in short term rentals 6-8 times a year and this is definitely one of our favorites. The only recommendation would be to spay the yard for weeds/pests. The house is located about 5 minutes from the expressway, 26 minutes from USA Basebal and 12-15 minutes from North Carolina State. There is a Target 2 minutes away and a Publix 8 minutes away. I would highly recommend this short term rental.

Beautiful newly renovated home very conveniently located to NCState

This home was perfect for our family of 6 to visit our daughter at NCSTATE. It’s right off a main road but you’d never know it with how quiet it was! Great deck on the back with seating and fenced in yard for your pup! Well equipped kitchen for simple snacks/meals. Plenty of space for us to visit, watch tv and play games together. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun night in Taleigh

We booked this place because it was near the Angus Barn where we were going for dinner. The place was nice, clean and plenty of room for the 6 of us. The hosts were very helpful and we would certainly stay here again.
