The room was filthy with hair on the floors, food stuck on the floor in the closet, and the sheets had yellow stains on them. Breakfast was underwhelming compared to competitors. The desk staff was nice and so is the location.

The room was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not good. The eggs ran out multiple days during our stay and weren't replenished - even with 50 minutes left in the breakfast hours. The sausages sometimes were so hard they could not be cut with the plastic knives provided.

Yes Room was clean, Ambience was Good. Staff was courteous. But I am happy about the Breakfast. Options are very very limited. Only Coffee and Bread Cookies, Wafers etc. Fruit , also Apple only. No cut Fruits, No variety of cut Fruits. I could not get any Egg omelets. It seems that Hotel does not have any proper Kitchen to serve to Guests. In future I will not recommend my Client to book this Hotel for me. Please note. Thanks.

The room was clean, but if visiting during winter, wear socks or house slippers because the floors are cold. They are not carpeted. The bathroom is bigger and they offer full size hygiene products, not mini bars of soap and shampoo. The staff was very friendly with all encounters and we had no issues at checking in or out. I cannot give an opinion on the breakfast as we really didnt partake in breakfast. My fiance did grab an apple, muffin and coffee and she had no complaints. Our only complaint was the neighboring room was a bit loud but it wasnt bad enough to report to the desk and also the toilets are loud when flushed. All in all, i would definitely stay here again.

The property was renovated within the last year, the rooms & bathrooms are nice having been redone. They unfortunately put in Jet Tiolets that are super loud when flushed, the only positive is the flush does not last long. There is noise probelms from the next rooms as well, you can hear them showering and flushing. The elevators need a lot of work cosmetically..they used wall paper to cover up the panels in the elevators and it was not done well at all..

This location was getting close to completing renovations and it still had that new hotel smell! Everyone was so nice to our pup and we slept well. I let them know the microwave was a bit loud (like a jet taking off) and they thanked us for the info and were taking care of it. It was really clean! We appreciated their great desk staff and the breakfast.

An acceptable property

Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, in general an acceptable property. Our biggest complaint, however, is that we had no access to the pool I understand that it needs to be shocked with the amount of use it gets. We came back to the hotel on a Sunday because of the heat index in the 100’s hoping to just spend the afternoon at the pool. IT WAS CLOSED. Can’t the maintenance be done during the week when there’s not as many guests?

Nice comfortable room

Overall it was a very nice day. The room was large and comfortable. The only issues I encountered in my stay that kept me from writing it excellent over All were two. One of course was beyond their control they kept trying to have it fixed. Neither of the elevators worked the whole time. One never worked the other worked most of the time. The other problem was my refrigerator was very very hard to open and close. It was on a tray but the lip of the tray interfered with the door opening. But, beyond that it was a great stay. I would highly recommend it.

Their People Made the Difference

The room was good, remodeled and clean. Breakfast was served beginning at 6am. The worker responsible for maintaining breakfast did not come in until 7am. The juice was not set up and many items were missing. The worker at the desk was less than helpful. When we were going back to our room, we heard someone yelling in the back elevator. Some people were trapped in the elevator. This occurred around 7am. The front desk attendant came but was not very sympathetic of the situation. Incidentally, it was the same associate that wouldn't help with the juice. The room was nice, but the staff was less than adequate. We're not likely to stay there again.

The staff was great, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Good size room, with USB ports and updated TV. The property was clean and reasonably priced (130-150$). Location is amazing! It had undergone some updates, but some items were still outdated and worn out, such as the old bathtub, and electrical and plumbing fixtures. The elevator and doors had a fresh coat of paint, wall paper, but it didn’t hide their age. We were awakened at 5 am by the loud pumping noise of a shower in one of my room neighbors’ apartments. It seemed like their pipes were about to burst, which was quite not pleasant. Flush toilets sounded like an an airplane one. Interestingly, when I used my own shower, there were no issues or noises, good pressure and all! Another interesting feature was the placement of the parking and floodlights. They were positioned directly in front of the windows, pointing at them, creating a 24h daylight sensation that came from behind and to the sides of the blackout curtains. Overall, I think the property’s renovation efforts were nice but a bit of a wast on some non essential items, leaving other important outdated items behind, not for $130-150$ price it seems a good deal still!
