Location of the hotel is perfect. Right next door is a fabulous Greek restaurant. The rooms were nice, and due to the circular style, it's understandable why the bathroom was small and leaving the space for the actual sleeping area. I had signed up for breakfast, but that was a total disappointment. No where on the reservation did it indicate no hot breakfast. What you get is a sack breakfast with pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches, cereal and waffles. You have to choose your breakfast. I asked for Starbucks coffee, I got a Starbucks K-Cup. Really? Fortunately, the manager reimbursed me for the breakfast or $20 for both days, since I didn't even bother wasting my time order for the 2nd day.
NOW THE BAD REVIEW... The day I was checking out, I came across a large thumb size cockroach. Right next to my luggage. Now that's disgusting. I took a couple of pictures to show the front desk. The person there was nice and very apologetic. She said I would hear from the manager, who happened to be the person who reimbursed my breakfasts. NOPE. Not a word. All I got was my charge for the nights I had stayed.
I waited to write this review, because I was hoping the manager would make this right, at least call me. NOPE. Truly a disappointment. My colleagues have all stated this experience, especially during COVID, warranted the stay be compensated.
Anyway, the location and close proximity to mostly everything I wanted to see kept this from being a poor review.
