The lack of communication on the website about a deposit is required at discretion of the property. My room was a nonsmoking room and it smell like cigarettes and marijuana and very dingy. Joyce was very helpful and provided the excellent customer service to resolved my issue. .

Hello . I’m experiencing was horrible.. I checked in and there was ROACHES in my room . I checked right back out !! Requested my security deposit and my payment for the room back and I will never go back again

Although the hotel is in a great location, it's in dire need of remodeling. Also, I was charged a $100 deposit for damages (which I'm told will be returned to me in a week, minus the $5.99 charge for wifi.) I won't go back.

The room was very dirty, old, trashy, loud, and very shady. I definitely would not stay here again.

This place up to par.

The shower in the room Didn’t work and the faucet almost pulled out of the very moist shower wall. Lots of noisy neighbors and the entire reeked of cigarette smoke! The front desk offered a a small discount of out stay.

This hotel was filthy. After seeing it we canceled the rest of our stay. Debris/garbage in all the hallways, Huge stains on the carpet, cigerette burns on the counter tops and the smell of cigerettes was awful. The worst hitwl I have ever been in.

The property is really run down. The cleanliness of the room was very questionable as there were various stains on the bedding, carpeting and curtains. The room also didn’t smell fresh. We observed a guest being arrested by local police and led away in handcuffs.

Entrance/lobby smelt of cigarettes. The elevator also smelt like cigarettes and didn't look clean. Breakfast was told it was coffee granola bars I think ready meal oats and grits which didn't sound pleasing/appetizing so opted in getting food delivered. Overall it was okay

Dont stay here

Dont stay here! Everything is dirty & the smell of smoke (supposed to be nonsmoking room)& mildew/musty is horrible. There was green paint spilled all over the bathroom floor& counters. The carpet was so dirty our socks were black. If i had any other hotels i would have left but everything was booked for the night. They also charge $100 deposit that no one tells you about until you check in. This place needs major overhaul!
