This home is walking distance to historic Downtown Apex and it`s the perfect spot for girls` weekends, business people, families, or romantic getaways.

Historic Downtown Apex was founded in the 1860s and is considered one of the most intact railroad towns in the area. Apex often earns the accolade of being one of the most sought-after places to live in the country. It`s an extremely safe place and the Anam Cara Cottage is located on a quiet, cul-de-sac street. This house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a workspace. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook. Outside you`ll find a large, flat backyard, as well as a charming sitting area on the front porch.

The Cottage is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, retail, and medical services.

The exterior of the house is equipped with security cameras.

A short walk to Downtown Apex gives you access to everything you could possibly want - Common Grounds coffee shop, Salem Street Pub, Scratch Kitchen and Taproom, Anna`s Pizzeria, A Taste of Brooklyn bakery, The Rusty Bucket home decor, Moon and Lola jewelry, Villa 19 boutique, enV Salon, and so much more! Or hop in your car for a five-minute drive to bigger box retail and entertainment like Target, Ulta, Homegoods, Regal Cinemas, etc.

This house is a short walk to Downtown Apex. Otherwise, this is a very drivable area.

Apex is a wonderful town that holds a lot of special events. These events may affect the amount of foot and vehicle traffic in the town. Please plan accordingly.
Parties are not permitted. There’s a $1000 fine for parties.

No smoking, vaping, or candles. There’s a $500 fine for smoking/vaping/candles on the premises including the exterior of this home.

Please do not wear your shoes on the rugs, furniture, or beds. There’s a large basket in the first hall closet where you can store your shoes.

Please do not move/rearrange the furniture.

No more than 6 people may occupy the inside or outside of this house at any time. There are exterior cameras at both the front and back door.

Please do not attempt to access the exterior utility closet next to the back patio.

Please only open blinds by turning rod. Do not attempt to raise blinds with cord.

Please do not open windows.

If possible, please do not turn heat higher than 68 degrees or air cooler than 72 degrees. Extra blankets are included in each bedroom closet.

Please do not wash our white linens, towels, or washcloths with colors.

Please do not allow children to eat, drink, or jump on the couch or beds.

Please do not apply spray tan or hair dye on the premises.

Please use black washcloths or provided wipes to remove makeup.

If you dine at the table, please use the placemats located in the large bottom drawer to the right of the range. Please use coasters with drinks. Coasters are located on the small tables next to the couch as well as in the placemat drawer.

Please do not place wet towels on furniture or floor. Laundry baskets are provided in each bedroom.

Please unplug countertop kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker) when not in use.
