「The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. 」

「We stayed here because the description says 1 minute walk from Peryvar Reserve, it is not. 15 to 20 mins out of Kumily up a very bumpy track. No atmosphere at all. No yoga offered. Evening meal not good, I complained but ignored. Chef shouting in the kitchen. Pool green. Restaurant service not good at all. The best feature is the great taxi driver who works for the hotel. Although it was a VERY expensive service. Check the details before you book. 」

「All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion. 」

「I had a great stay at Thekkady Haritham Residency! This is a newly renovated property so everything was very clean and I had no issues. The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet and everything worked great. It was excellent value for the price; much more affordable than other options. There are 4 rooms on each floor so it is perfect for groups. I was a solo traveler and enjoyed my stay even with other guests staying there. It is away from the main roads and main City so it is very peaceful...
