"Amazing staff, it was like my home away from home. We love that we could do laundry right in our room. It was only 7min walk to the BTS skytrain and there is a 711 right across the street. Great quiet location."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Aira in Bangkok and would happily choose it again.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming making a real difference to the experience. Breakfast was a daily highlight with a generous variety & good quality. A special mention goes to Som O at the breakfast desk who greets every guest each morning with a warm, genuine smile, a perfect start to the day. The rest of the breakfast team are attentive and quickly remember guests’ preferences and the head chef was engaging and friendly making our short morning conversations very enjoyable.
I was also impressed by the IT support who was knowledgeable and patient. Despite issues caused by my antivirus and VPN he successfully connected my laptop to the hotel’s fast Wi-Fi, excellent service.
The hotel is modern, very clean and well maintained. My room was spacious and spotless with a very comfortable bed and three different pillow sizes. The bathroom featured a spacious shower with a combination of rainfall and handheld option offering great water pressure. A large flat screen TV was another nice touch.
The 8th floor pool is relaxing and the 22nd floor rooftop bar offers stunning views and attracts many non-resident visitors. The location is excellent within easy walking distance of the SkyTrain.
Overall while the hotel scores highly for cleanliness, comfort, and modern design, the warm, professional and genuinely caring staff are what truly make the stay special. I highly recommend Hotel Aira"
"The poolarea was so nice and the staff very helpful. The rooms att little bit old and and worn out but still clean and nice. The beds are, as always a bit hard. Would recommend the hotell for a family of four as us."
"Housekeeping was outstanding. Professionals at every level. The staff at The Davis with the exception of one individual were outstanding as well.
I look forward to my return to Bangkok."
"The room was clean, the staff were all very good. Breakfast was always delicious choices. If you chose to go without housekeeping, you need to put the empty water bottles outside your room then they will replace them for you (I didn’t figure that out until the end of my 7 night stay!). Suntanning has to be in the morning - the sun leaves the pool early. Not sure that their bartender is trained - I had a margarita that was mostly undisolved sugar! Suggest stick with wine or beer. I tried most of the malls in the area I think and no luck for buying clothes until last day went to Terminal 21 mall and main floor came across an area that is all local shops instead of chain stores. Could have saved myself a lot of wasted time had I known to go here first!"
"Everything about this hotel is amazing. The rooms are large and spacious, the bed is very comfortable with lovely linens and soft pillows. The air conditioning works really well and floor to ceiling panoramic windows. The bathroom is spotlessly clean, fantastic shower pressure and nice quality toiletries. Nice swimming pool, large gym and a great rooftop bar. All the staff are polite and very professional. well located near the SkyTrain, shopping centres, bars and restaurants _ could not fault the hotel on any way _ loved it"
