The hotel was amazing. The staff was less than helpful. They seem to expect that a QR code can replace human interaction. I normally expect a greeting along with a short brief on amenities and followed by "if you need anything please let us know". Instead I got. "Scan the QR code." The description of amenities was long and poorly written which required me, more than once to ask for clarification. When I check into a nice hotel after a long day of travel, I simply expect polite, welcoming and helpful. Not, get out your electronic device and figure it out.

Wonderful place to stay

Great location

We absolutely loved our stay at Legacy Resort! The property is beautiful, modern, and so aesthetically pleasing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to the restaurant staff—they were exceptionally friendly and even took the time to recommend the best places to watch the Fourth of July fireworks, which made our trip even more memorable. The location ended up being much more convenient than we expected. We easily visited Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, and La Jolla during our stay and had an amazing time exploring each area. The room itself was spacious, clean, and honestly a girl's dream. The long bathroom vanity with the oversized mirror gave us plenty of space to get ready each morning, and it made the room feel even more luxurious and comfortable. Housekeeping was wonderful as well. They kept our room clean, refreshed our towels, and tidied up the bed each day, which we really appreciated after long days out. One of our favorite little touches was the fresh lemon water in the lobby every day. It was such a refreshing treat, and grabbing a cup before heading out became part of our daily routine. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay at Legacy Resort again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego!

Loved this property! Very nice amenities. Parking was a breeze, we were able to find free street parking for the entirety of our stay. We felt safe and it was close to the freeway and major attractions. We would stay again for sure.
