"When I booked this hotel while home in the USA and never having traveled to eastern Sicily I was skeptical. Looked too good to be true. When we arrived my fears disappeared. The hotel and facilities were above and beyond my expectations. As my family said “I outdid myself on this vacation”. I am trying to determine when our calendars will mesh for a return trip; staying at this hotel. "

"Hotel and location excellent only downside no tea/coffee facilities in the room.The two young men and young woman on the Reception were excellent, very helpful, informative and friendly also the gentleman and young man around the pool friendly and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant waiters seemed unfriendly, no good morning/good evening or even a smile, same with other management staff. "

"This is a great hotel, with a fresh interior and beautiful beach front. I came once with friends in 2015, and returned this year with my husband. Both were great experiences, with great food spacious rooms and five star service. The staff in particular are very welcoming, respond to any request, and have great recommendations of places to go and things to do in the area or in Taormina. Daniele at the bar in particular stole our hearts with his big smile and inventive cocktails. We loved ordering off menu to see what he would come up with! The food in house is really good and fresh, and they are VERY mindful of dietary restrictions. All menus are very detailed for anyone with food intolerances, it was really nice to see. Thanks for an amazing stay!"

"The location is great less than 5 minutes from all the restaurants and bars in Modello but in a quiet place where you can relax in the garden and the pool. The hotel and room is perfectly clean and we had a lovely terrace to look out over the sea. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. A convenient drive from the airport and 30 minutes into Palermo. "

"This property was gorgeous and the view from the breakfast terrace was very picturesque. The entire staff (receptionists Flavia and Antonella, waiters Mario, Mateo, and Masimo, along with the chambermaids) were exceptionally polite, friendly, and very helpful. The same applies to Pietro, the proprietor of this hotel, who continues to operate this establishment that has been in his family for generations with utmost professionalism and courtesy toward his guests. My wife and I loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again."
