Living Room
The living room features a smart TV, so you can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish. Lots of seating options with cozy chairs and a big comfortable couch that also turns into a bed.

This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

Bedrooms
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Patio
Has a lot of patio furniture with an umbrella so you can sit outside and socialize with friends and family while the birds chirp away in the background. The propane grill will work great all year.

Laundry
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

Parking
You will have access to any of the free parking in front of the units. All parking is on a first come first served basis.

Consumables
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Check-In/Checkout
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!

You will need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
