「Breakfast is only served 8-10, which can make planning your morning a bit difficult. There were no lamps in the room, so you could either have the main light, bathroom light or no light at all, which was unfortunate. The floor was super creaky when walking around. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. The remote was sticky. The lack of proper lighting was really frustrating.」

「Room was outdated and not very well maintained. The kitchenette facilities in the room were very poor. There was no toaster (as advertised), the kettle was melted (so I deemed it unsafe to use), there was only 1 small bread plate and 2 small bowls, all of which were dirty. There was a sign asking you to clean your dishes but no dish soap or towel to dry them was provided, which might explain why they weren't clean.The only light source in the kitchen area was a small under-cupboard light....
