「Overall things were good except few things like dining and all」

「View from Classic double room sea view are covered by gloomy old tree so I asked them to change the room. They assigned me somewhat smaller but upper floor room but view from the room satisfied me enough. All staffs work good but some receptionists are somewhat blunt. Amenities are old and poor but not useless. Hand towel and conditioner are needed. View from rooftop are incredibly beautiful. Very close to beach and temple. If I had a chance to visit Kanyakumari, I would stay there.」

The location was excellent, close to the water and all the major attractions and activities. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the laundry service was convenient, and the staff was warm and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the food, both breakfast and dinner were excellent. There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The...

「The staff were amazing and very helpful, but the property itself is quite old and needs better maintenance. The bathroom doors could not be locked, which was inconvenient. Another major issue was the hot water. We had to waste nearly 15 buckets of water before getting heated water, which is unacceptable. They also mentioned that complimentary breakfast was included, but the food was brought from outside and the portion was very limited—just 2 idlis and 1 dosa. Overall, the staff were...
