"We felt very much at home in this little stone house, it has plenty of space for our family of 3. The location is great for the sandy beaches on the Ionian coast but also the rocky Adriatic coast is easy reachable within 1h. The town has plenty of restaurants which are in walking distance from the house. Tiziano and his family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a good time immersing in Italian culture and would recommend the house to anyone wanting a simple and comfortable...

"We have just had the best 10 days at Villa Tiziana. Two families with 3 teenagers. Beautiful rustic villa, incredible pool and outside space. Everything you need and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Communication with Rocco was excellent, he also came with his lovely family one evening to cook a meal for us, authentic Puglia dishes. There is a small town nearby, Santa Maria de Leuca with plenty of restaurants. 15 min drive is Pesculouse with the most beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea....

"We arrived at the property in the early evening after driving from Bari. It was already dark and when we arrived Vincenzo was waiting for us. All the lights we on around the property and the garden and instantly we felt a warmth and magic of the property. The villa is beautiful, with all the character of the old building preserved, but with modern conveniences. The beds are very comfortable – important to us!! The roof terrace is very private and the hut tub a bonus. The garden creates a wonderful backdrop to the property and is a credit to the gardener who maintains it!! Watching the sun go down across the sea in the distance adds to the atmosphere. The local area is packed with real Italian / Puglian charm and we found everyone friendly. Even though we stayed out of season, there were plenty of bars and restaurants open. The beaches and coast line is fantastic and at every turn it was different. Sand, rocks and cliffs all witing a short drive of the property. Car hire is absolutely essential. All in all - a great restful holiday that we will remember for a long time to come! Thank you Vincenzo! "
