"We felt very much at home in this little stone house, it has plenty of space for our family of 3. The location is great for the sandy beaches on the Ionian coast but also the rocky Adriatic coast is easy reachable within 1h. The town has plenty of restaurants which are in walking distance from the house. Tiziano and his family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a good time immersing in Italian culture and would recommend the house to anyone wanting a simple and comfortable...

"Ho alloggiato su questo appartamento una settimana devo dire che è la prima volta che vado in vacanza e non devo mettermi a pulire , trovato tutto in ordine pulito cucina dotato di tutto il necessario compreso di detersivo disinfettante tutte piccole cose che fanno la differenza.Posto tranquillo vicino a supermercati distanza dal mare circa 400 m non c’è sabbia ma scogliera vicino anche a spiagge molte belle . "We have just had the best 10 days at Villa Tiziana. Two families with 3 teenagers. Beautiful rustic villa, incredible pool and outside space. Everything you need and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Communication with Rocco was excellent, he also came with his lovely family one evening to cook a meal for us, authentic Puglia dishes. There is a small town nearby, Santa Maria de Leuca with plenty of restaurants. 15 min drive is Pesculouse with the most beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea....

"We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. Thank you again for the warm welcome and lovely stay."

"Questa casa si trova in mezzo a un giardino enorme, offre molte possibilità ed é attrezzata di qualunque cosa si abbia bisogno: Piscina, Barbeque, tavolo da ping pong, campetto da calcio, ampio parcheggio, lavatrice, spazio all'aperto a volontà, etc. etc. Assolutamente da consigliare, anche per comitive grandi così che ognuno abbia la sua privacy. "We loved our stay. The restaurant across the street has amazing coffee, then a walk to the water was the best start to the day. Cliff jumping outside your door. Since we stayed with family and friends it was very nice to have three suites and not just be one big house. It was amazing. Would highly recommend. The only thing that was a shock was that the electricity and water was not included in the price."

"Initially we were disappointed as there were only 3 bedrooms in the villa. The 4th bedroom is in the garden 50 metres from the nearest entrance to the villa with no toilet.We had a very good holiday as we visited nearby towns and villages, walked along the coast and relaxed in the beautiful garden."

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and it was a perfect little haven in a quiet area but perfectly located to visit Gallipoli and Lecce (34 min drive). The hotel had everything you could want and more, from modern and clean rooms, to an amazing pool! We ate both lunch and dinner at the hotel and were not disappointed. It's a great stay if you want to relax in Puglia but also be able to visit nearby locations. "

"This hotel was very nice during our stay it was not as crowded as we expected. Breakfast was better than expected. A nice large property to wander around good sized pool with lots of different types of seating/lounging It is an easy stroll to the pier. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a bit dated but it seems they are upgrading the property bit by bit. Friendly staff. "
