"I haven’t checked out yet, however I brought a large group of friends for an event this house.. everyone has had a comfy sleep (anll bed have been overly comfy haha) and a pleasurable experience! We got screwed on boat rental which isn’t Shaun’s fault buttttt we ended up just going to the lake entrance, it was a very nice time for a small group to enjoy on there own! We kayaked and sighted saw. The view is worth the price of admission"

"There was no mattress cover. There was no paperwork on the place to be had. The owner...who is next door... comes and explains stuff inside. Paperwork should have handled all that because its awkward. I prefer to not be in a small room with a bed with a stranger... not my thing... othwise it was great! Would have given 5 stars but the whole no mattress cover drops it. Creek was great! Cannot use both microwave and toaster oven at the same time.... makes making food a pain."

"The water was way down, so there was no access to the main lake from the inlet that the house sat on. We were made aware of that and had the option to cancel. I really appreciated that. We went any way and enjoy the house and the rain.The house is spacious and has a nice covered party deck to enjoy the outside."

"The view was amazing. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time on the property because we were visiting family in the area and celebrated a high school graduation. We did walk the song bird trail which was conveniently across the street from the Clinch River Brewery. We did some antiquing in Clinton and visited the Appalachian Arts Craft Center. There is no shortage of activities in the area. The pool although we did not use it was lovely and clean. The Condo was clean , well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the terrace watching fish jump, boat launches and a variety of birds. It is a peaceful spot."

"This was one of the nicest VRBO accommodations we have stayed in. It was beautiful, so incredibly clean, and the owners thought of everything we might need to make our stay wonderful. All kitchen accessories to cook with, towels, sunscreen, rafts and inner tubes, kayaks, and a paddle boat for the lake, and even a baggo set in the yard. We had an amazing time. There was also a nice bottle of wine for us when we arrived. Thank you so much for your generousity and sharing your beautiful house with us. Sincerely, The Bradys"

"We appreciated this lovely lake home for our Memorial Day getaway. We were a party of 4 children and 4 adults, there was plenty of room for all of us.The kitchen was very well appointed, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, etc. when reservation was confirmed a link was given to rent baby gear if necessary. If you have a little one, you might want to rent a baby gate for the stairway.There were games and puzzles available and a variety of books.Our family enjoyed using the paddle boat and fishing off the dock. Down the road at the end of the street we found a beach where we were able to swim and play.The home was clean and decorated tastefully. We had a great stay - thumbs up from all family members!"

"The cabin is really nice inside! Our group loved the location, deck and patio near the dock. The cabin has plenty of room for 8 people to spend a long weekend and not be in each other’s way. We enjoyed many meals prepared in the well equipped kitchen. Pool table was a plus."
