The accommodation
ultra-luxurious 1,200 m² villa is completely private and features 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en suite bathrooms and the other 2 share a bathroom. It also features a large, very spacious, and well-equipped kitchen, a large Moroccan-style living room, and a second European-style living room with comfortable sofa beds in front of the fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The villa also features a large 11m x 5m swimming pool, completely secluded from the outside.

The villa is ideally located just two minutes from the famous Rose Marie Beach and Lake Ikem. Within 500 meters are numerous hotels, restaurants, shops, a horseback riding club, and recreational centers offering activities such as paintball, laser tag, and a tree-top adventure course.

The neighborhood is welcoming, quiet, and safe, and is located near the highway, less than 2 km from the Royal Palace of Skhirat, two major international hotels, and a conference center.

The villa is located between Rabat (14 km) and Casablanca (70 km), just 3 km from a highway entrance, offering easy access from Morocco’s major cities. For example, Fes is 200 km/2 hours away by car or train, while Marrakesh and Tangier are less than 300 km/3 hours away by car or 1 hour and 20 minutes by high-speed train from the Rabat Agdal train station.
