「Great value for money & staff (from reception, cleaning and bar, everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful). This Villa is a bit retro but fully functional. Parking is 14 euros a day but worth the money as it is right in front of the villa and very safe. There is a sandy beach in front of the property - ideal for kids and with many facilities ( supermarket, clean toilets, showers). 「Bellissima la posizoone con un panorama stupendo sull'intera cittadina di Arb dalla finestra della camera. Spettacolare la terrazza con ampi divani e spazi, condivisa con la.camera accanto. Personale cortese, disponile ma qualche sorriso in più ed un approccio meno fornale e con maggiore calore nell'accogleinza non guasterebbe.」

「Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in der Villa Subic. Die Umgebung ist sehr grün und nur 5-10 min Gehzeit bis zum örtlichen Strand. Der Garten und das Pool und die Ausstattung ist liebevoll gepflegt von den Besitzern. Auch eine Grillmöglichkeit ist in dem schönen Garten und ein Spielhaus für Kinder. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und mit Terrasse. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, Dankeschön! 」
