"The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The lady at reception saved me a trip to Aldi when I realised I had forgotten my toothbrush by given me a complimentary one. The only downside was the lift was out of order and my room was on the top floor. Luckily, I only had a small suitcase to carry up the 49 winding steps."

"Lovely space, hot tub fantastic, lovely clean sheets and bedding amazing safe garden for dogs. Property was quite tired, leaky taps and showers, draw handles that fell off, very old property. Upon arrival no tea towels or oven gloves, I messaged host and they provided but only 2 for 2 properties. No dishwasher tablets and not enough bin bags.The kitchen didn’t have enough crockery/mugs/glasses for 6 people for a weekend and wasn’t that well equipped either. Beds/settees/furniture very old tooWe had an amazing time on our annual friends get together but would have been more relaxing if we had everything we needed.I tried to work from the property but the internet was awful and phone signal very bad too "

"The property was in great condition and was well equipped with everything we needed for the duration of our stay. A couple of local stores ensured we had easy access to buy provisions. Two dog friendly pubs within a 5 minute walk. Great walks around the area kept the dogs exercised. "
