Stay was amazing. Really enjoyed!!! Only regret was that if the had some vegetarian options on the menu and even not much vegetarian options for breakfast buffet. Other wise stay was fantastic.

Pleasant stay

Hotel has great staff! When booking the room I indicated 3 people (2 adults and 6 yo kid). I paid for the kid as well, thinking that this would be payment for all extras in relation to the kid, but turned out that this was just breakfast and in general the room with king size wouldn’t fit 3 people! The staff was kind enough to resolve issue immediately, offering the room with 2 queen size beds, which is same cost. In general, nice hotel, nice breakfast.

Nice hotel but some things could improve.....

Nice hotel with nice rooms and very clean. However, a few comments. 1. The breakfast area is almost too small when the hotel is full, we were lucky to get a table and it was a bit chaotic. 2. The rooms are like saunas even with the heating turned off, we couldn't open the window because we were with a small baby. 3. You should really consider providing a late check out as standard on a weekend, people are there to ski and it is a real pain in the backside having to check out when you want to ski. It would be great if you could check out at 4pm after finishing skiing.

Stay was very nice as always. Only thing the hotel needs to do is allow the room temperature control to drop below 25 deg C. Room was too warm to sleep in.

Great hotel

Everything was fine. Comfortable beds, large bathroom, decent breakfast, easy check-in. We did have a slight issue with them charging us for 3 children for breakfast instead of two and it took a bit to get it sorted. But all was well in the end.

The hotel is nice and has spacious room. We went there several weekends with our kids. The staff is helpful, kind and friendly. The location is perfect for weekend skiing. Compared to Europe the slopes are mostly empty and in good condition. I see some improvement potential in preventing kitchen odeur on the floors, the sometimes slow breakfast coffee delivery and a faster checking for returning guest. Overall we are really pleased with the hotel and the service.

Park Chalet - skvělé ubytování u sjezdovek.

Do Šahdagu jsme přijeli lyžovat a tak pro nás byl pobyt v Park Chalet ideálním řešením. Problém vznikl v rezervaci hotelu, kdy nám byla rezervace udělána na termín o týden pozdější než byla naplánována naše cesta a tato rezervace se nedala změnit ani zrušit a proto jsme museli pobyt zaplatit podruhé a dráže.

Ridiculous policy

There is indescribable policy in the hotel. We went there together with 3 family ,each family 2 adults 2 kids ( almost the same age).In spite of hotels.com gave option to choose children as well while booking the room hotel didn't provide extra bed for kids.Reception requested extra pay for this.Only 1 family was lucky they had extra bed at room without any payment.Another suprise we meet at breakfast .1 family from us only 2 person allowed to have breakfast.No one can explain in the hotel what is going on and what a ridiculous policy that they have.Could not get chance to meet manager to get explanation.Reseption had excuse that he is in the long meeting)...So,someone who is planing to have trip there be ready to meet this stupid cases.You payment won't be what you paid online,as other hotels.Here is working magic rules which i guess depend on decision maker's mood)).Except this situation hotel in general is ok,hotel staff are freindly,polite.Breakfast is perfect.Room was clean only problem is temperature in the room can not be adjusted.Controller is not reacting and only way to get temperature drop swich off the system.

Enjoyed trip only disappointment was with room provided. I have booked for 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids, bit provided room was with one queen bed which is ridiculous for 4 people, except that everything were good

The property is good looking and pretty clean . A staff is polite but not competent or flexible to resolve problems if you’ll have any. Hotel’s policy is aimed to make you extra payments (like extra bed ).

Отель новый (3-4 года) внутри приятный дизайн подходящий под горнолыжный курорт. Завтраки бесплатные и превосходные ( огромный выбор на любом вкус) так же как и вечерний буфет! В номерах чисто , уютно есть все необходимое ( чайник, кофеварка,холодильник,фен) Персонал очень дружелюбный и готовый помочь во всем, Внизу есть спа с бассейном и сауной . Аренда лыж в соседнем отеле но это 50 метров от отеля. Подъёмники тоже рядом. Купить пас и нанять инструктора тоже можно рядом Школа. Очень рекомендую! Рядом ещё 2 отеля но из них этот нам нравится больше всех!
