High-speed (fiber-optic) internet now available! This 2,800 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 2 sets of bunk beds and a sofa sleeper) for a total of 12 guests. The kitchen was recently updated with all new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There is a fire pit, ping-pong table, pool table, two tandem kayaks, canoe and waterfront access to Greer's Ferry - bring your water toys! The top tier of the porch is perfect for sunbathing while the bottom screened porch offers a bug-free, shaded experience. The property is secluded--adjacent to 150 acres of undeveloped forest--yet, about 3 miles from Cove Creek Campground which boasts a public boat ramp and sandy beach. In addition to the lake, there's great hiking, fishing and floating in the Little Red River, and the restaurants of Heber Springs a short drive away. The .25 mile drive from the top of the bluff down to the cabin is a very steep, winding, asphalt road; for your safety, we recommend you plan your inaugural trip in the daylight. We're honored to have you as our guest. Please no pets, you might disturb our treasured resident armadillo, Archie.

Notice: There is one security camera on the property. It is located on the exterior of the garage and it's visibility is limited to the driveway.

By far one of my favorite bookings- we absolutely adored the property! It was so convenient to go hop on the boat and go for a swim with the kids (we had no issue mooring the boat just a short walk down the hill). Yes, the drive in is definitely steep as noted but doable. Our son loved the puzzles, the boys loved the pool table, and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The lake was gorgeous! Perfect family get away

Arkansas Cabin Trip

A great place on the lake- we stayed with our two adult children and their families - we enjoyed the lake - kayaking, fishing, swimming. We went out one day to Collins Creek Trail - a fun hike for everyone. Our grands have already asked to return. We loved it!!

Wonderful lakeside home!

We enjoyed this beautiful, quiet house by the lake. We saw deer and wild turkeys during our stay. The driveway was challenging, not gonna lie. But it was worth the effort.

Fabulous getaway!

The place had so many extras! It was beautiful with a stocked kitchen plus the kayaks- ping pong table and pool table was extra fun! We were all very comfortable there and loved it. Sitting out on the deck was so peaceful and beautiful plus a small little trek to the lake! This place was definitely amazing!!!!

Very relaxing

Amazing property, very beautiful lake. The house was very clean and had everything you could need and more. The beds were super comfortable and the pool table was a hit. The only downside was the steep road to get to the house. Going down was fine but going back up was slick and difficult for our car without 4WD.

House has cool tree view, huge deck, has woods and amazing Lake view. We had camp fire every night.

We chose this property because my daughter was getting married close to this property, so glad we chose it. It worked out perfectly. Had everything we needed and moore. We all were entertained by the driveway coming down to the property. It is very descending, but we made it. Just drive very slow and get there during the day. I would suggest bringing all of your groceries and everything you need before hand.

Mom’s 75th

This rental was phenomenal! I gathered my 4 adult children and their spouses to celebrate Nana’s 75th birthday. Owner was easy to communicate with, lake access was very easy (mild hill walking), plenty of games and outdoor toys , kitchen dishes were wonderfully stocked, everyone slept well, driving/arrival conditions are very accurate. We had a wonderful weekend, wish we could have stayed longer.

Very Nice

Plenty of room. Comfortable accommodations. Great Kitchen (real 14 cup coffee maker, food processor, blender, cutting boards, complete knife set, etc. etc.). The house was really nice and excellently outfitted. Everything worked. Located on a very nice part of the lake. It was nice to go swimming every day and not have to leave the property. An enjoyable get-away.

Beautiful Lake Home

Family of seven. Gorgeous home! We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute. The screened in porch downstairs is a great spot. We enjoyed the downstairs. The walk to the lake is fine. We definitely got our exercise. We tied our pontoon there for the week with no problems. The drive in is very steep but we had no problems in our vehicles. So worth it!

Friends Vacation

Everything about this place was perfect. Kids and adults had a good time. We took our boat with us and the public boat ramp was extremely convenient as well as being able to moor it on the property. The only thing was the driveway to access the property. The owner was not joking about the dangerous driveway! Heed all of their warnings! We parked our boat trailer at the top as recommended. We headed into to Heber Springs one day and climbed SugarLoaf mountain and went to the waterfall at Collin’s Creek Trailhead. Small town, but tons of fun activities.

Great Location, Pictures don't capture how nice it is

Great host, clear directions and information at the home. Host has thought through the process and anticipated the guests needs. Clean, organized and well maintained. Host was thoughtful and very responsive. The pictures do not do this place justice. Great for a larger group with kids looking to relax. Beach is rocky, wish had water shoes. The kayaks and canoe is a great addition. The kids loved it. The drive way is steep and winding, I suggest against arriving at night for the more cautious drivers. If I ever find myself in this part of the world again I will reach out to stay here.

Beautiful Lakeside Getaway

Second time staying at this property! The host(s) are extremely easy to communicate with and have put together a beautiful retreat from the hustle and bustle. My husband and I traveled in from St. Louis and met our friends from Memphis there. 4 adults and two younger teens had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The can crusher was an absolute hit with our youngest traveling companion 😂. We all enjoyed many games of pool, time by the lake everyday kayaking, swimming and playing stick fetch with the charmingly sweet neighbor dogs. The well equipped kitchen and grill were perfect for our families to enjoy preparing many meals together over the long weekend. Everything you could truly need is there and after a quick trip to Harps we didn’t leave again until it was time to pack up. Worth every penny and miles in the car for our two families to meet for a wonderful long weekend! Thank you 😊!

Excellent weekend stay

We had family in the area but needed a bigger house with lake access - this one is perfect and can sleep a dozen if you need - big enough to spread out but small enough to keep intimacy with guests. Excellent place to stay! Thanks!

Perfect family weekend
